What we collect

When you join the early-access list, we collect your email address, intended app platform, and the consent record needed to send occasional Vollometry product updates. You may optionally share your role, program level, interest areas, preferred language, volleyball terminology preference, and interest in testing an early version.

If you suggest a regional volleyball term, we store the selected language, term, context, suggested wording, and optional explanation for review. Please do not include personal or athlete information.

Why we collect it

We use this information to send the updates you requested and to understand who is interested in Vollometry and which workflows may matter most. We use aggregate counts for this market research; we do not build individual browsing histories.

What we do not collect here

This website is for early-access interest and terminology feedback. It has no roster, video, or performance-data upload feature. Please do not put player names or other athlete information in terminology suggestions. Marketing email data is a separate data domain from Vollometry team and player performance data. An early-access signup does not consent to future performance-data sharing.

Tracking and cookies

The teaser site does not use third-party analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, or marketing cookies. Standard infrastructure logs may be used for security and operations, without application request bodies. Short-lived, protected network identifiers help limit abusive submissions; we do not use them to build browsing histories.

Retention and choices

Unconfirmed signups expire after the configured pending-retention period. Confirmed signup records are retained only while needed for the requested updates and operational reporting. You can unsubscribe immediately without signing in using the link provided in a Vollometry email. Unsubscribing removes your email, platform preference, and optional research fields from the live profile while retaining a protected identifier to remember your opt-out. Older values may remain in recovery backups until those backups expire. Terminology suggestions are scheduled to expire after 180 days.

If you choose a language or dismiss a suggestion, we remember that choice in this tab using session storage. It contains no email addresses or tracking identifiers.
